We collect information you provide directly to us, such as when you create an account, upload or paste resume content, provide a job description, or contact us for support. This includes:

• Account Information: Your name, email address, and authentication data (via our third-party provider, Firebase Authentication).
• User Content: The full text of your resume, job descriptions, and any other information you provide for AI processing. This content is considered highly sensitive.
• Usage Information: We collect data about your interactions with our service, such as which features you use and the number of AI credits you consume.

2. How We Use Your Information

Your information is used to provide, maintain, and improve our services.

Crucially, to provide our core AI features, we send the User Content you provide (such as your resume text and job descriptions) to our third-party AI service provider, Google (specifically, their Gemini family of models). We do not store your full resume content on our servers after the AI processing is complete.

We do not use your personal resume content to train our own AI models. Your account and usage information is used for service administration, such as managing your subscription and ensuring compliance with our credit limits.

3. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with third-party vendors and service providers only as necessary to provide our service:

• AI Service Provider (Google): As stated above, your resume and job description content is sent to Google's AI services for processing.
• Authentication Provider (Firebase): We use Firebase for user authentication and database services.
• Payment Processors: If you subscribe to a paid plan, your payment information is handled directly by our payment processor (e.g., Paystack). We do not store your credit card details.

These providers have access to your information only to perform these tasks on our behalf and are obligated not to disclose or use it for any other purpose.

4. Your Rights and Data Control

You retain full control over your User Content. You can edit or delete your information within the application. You may also request the deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us at `pmutua@live.com`.
