CareerCraft AI provides users with tools to analyze, improve, and format resumes using artificial intelligence. The services include resume parsing, AI-powered content enhancement, job description analysis, and template-based resume generation. The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

3. User Accounts & Responsibilities

To access most features of the Service, you must register for an account. You are responsible for safeguarding your account information and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree not to disclose your password to any third party and must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. Use of AI and User Content

You retain all rights to the content you submit to the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to use, modify, and process your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

The suggestions, scores, and rewritten text provided by the AI are for informational purposes only. While we strive for accuracy and fairness, we cannot guarantee that the AI's output will be free of errors or perfectly suitable for every situation. You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and verifying the final content of your resume and other documents. CareerCraft AI is a tool to assist, not replace, your own judgment.

5. Subscriptions and Credits

Certain features of the Service may require payment. We offer different subscription plans, each with a specific allowance of "AI Credits." Credits are consumed when you use AI-powered features. The cost for each feature is defined in our documentation. Unused daily credits do not roll over. All payments are handled by our third-party payment processor, Paystack.

6. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall CareerCraft AI, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
